In Ethiopia, CRS has a long and rich history of providing emergency relief and development assistance to the people of Ethiopia since 1958. At present, CRS/Ethiopia implements multiple projects through different partner organizations. CRS/Ethiopia has a highly diverse portfolio ranging from very large food-supported emergency response to cutting edge development programs. The current CRS/Ethiopia budget stands at around $100 million with funding from the U.S. Government, UN agencies, private foundations, individual donors, and CRS private funds.
CRS Country Programs (CP) with inventory of donated and purchased Food Commodities, Pharmaceuticals, Bed nets, Pre-positioned goods, Program Materials, Construction Materials, etc. of USD 750,000 or greater by the end of FY2019 (on September 30, 2019) are required to engage an independent external auditor to perform observed physical stock count for the fiscal year and issue a report containing their opinion as to the accuracy of the count results.

How to submit proposal
1. Please contact our Human Resource Department if you need further clarification.
2. The proposal should be in two separately sealed envelopes:
2.1 Technical Proposal:
2.1.1 Renewed business license for the year 2019
2.1.2 VAT registration certificate
2.1.3 The audit firm’s profile, relevant experience in conducting audits of INGO Commodity and full address of the firm
2.1.4 Auditors to be assigned with summary of their qualifications and experience
2.1.5 Time frame required to complete the audit work including the final report submission date.
2.1.6 List of at least 3-5 of your main clients where you provided similar audits (references may be requested later on)
2.1.7 Other information that you believe is important
