1. Legal requirement
• Presentation of valid certificates for:
• Renewed trade license for the year
• Taxpayer registration
• Value added tax registration
2. Technical requirements
• The documents also need to include ; organized and updated company profile
• Company organizational profile
• Professional manpower profile
• Three customer reference& recommendation letter
• Recent 2 years audited financial document
3. Letter for registration with all supporting documents shall be submitted to Cooperative Bank of oromia S.C Procurement Team Office located at Dembel city center 2nd floor (kindly use 6th passenger lift) not later than May 20, 2019.
4. Cooperative Bank of Oromias.c.will short list the companies based on the letter of registration and accompanied documents.
