The Ethiopian Railways Corporation invites eligible bidders in National Competitive Bid to purchase the following networking infrastructures hard and software (internal emailing system) facilities:

1.  A bidder currently working on the networking infrastructure material supplies, development, and installation, and will provide valid license /or certificates given by authorized body.

2.  The Bidders shall be accompanying with commercial documents (trade licenses, tax clearance, Tin and other relevant documents pertinent to the bid.

3.  Eligible bidders must accompany bid security birr 30,000.00 (thirty thousand) the name of Ethiopian Railway Corporation; the bid security shall be in the form cash payment order (C.P.O) or unconditional written bank guarantee from the local authorized banks.

4.  Bids should floating form April 21--- May 16, 2019 and closing  on  May 16, 2019 at 2:30 PM and opening in the same day presence of bidders’ or their representatives at 3:00 PM in the  Ethiopian Railways Corporation hall in the first floor.  

5.  The bidder purchase bid documents presented ERC in the Finance  Department ground floor, office number 002 by paying non-refundable birr 200 (two hundred)

6.  Medium of instruction of bid is English.

7.  Ethiopian Railways Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject part or all of the bidding process.
