Bid for Audit Service

Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (YCFCU) LTD invites all interested and eligible audit firms to perform annual audit of its book of account for the period 11 Sept 2017- 10 Sept 2018.                   

Interested bidders are therefore invited to submit their bids according to the following bid instructions.

1. 1. Interested bidders shall take bid documents from Human resource and procurement  department of the union during office hours starting from March 31/2019.
   2. Presentation copy of renewed Trade license (for current year), License of Federal General Auditor, Document shows cooperative auditing experience, Tax clearance certificate (for current year), VAT registration certificate and TIN number is a must.
   3. Bidders shall also be licensed by ECX (Ethiopia Commodity Exchange) and shall furnish net worth report to it up on demand.  .
   4. Bid proposal shall be presented in the form of  two –envelope system. Thus the technical and financial offers shall be delivered separately labeling “technical” and “financial” on the envelope and shall be submitted to the Union address here under before 10፡00 AM April  12/2019.
   5. The Technical and Financial proposal shall be submitted separately and clearly marking the envelopes as “Original” and “Copy” in a wax sealed envelope.
   6. The deadline for the submission of bid document shall be 10፡00 April 12/2019.. in address here under.
   7. Bid opening may be held in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend on 11:00 AM April  12/2019. in address here under.
   8. Representatives shall deliver representation letter from Authorized Government body.
   9. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Human resource and procurement  department of the union on the address here under.
   10. Failure to comply any of the conditions from 1 - 9 above shall result in automatic   rejection.
   11. The union reserves the right to accept or reject full or partial bids.
