TERMS OF REFERENCE

The USAID funded PMIVectorLink Ethiopia Project supports the President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI) in the planning and implementing IRS program with the overall goal of reducing the burden of malaria in Ethiopia. The project implements IRS programs through cost effective commodity procurement and logistics system and access to technical expertise in other countries affected by malaria.

The PMIVectorLink project supports the Benishangul, Gambela, and Oromia Regional Health Bureau in malaria prevention through Indoor residual spraying (IRS) in various districts of respective regions.

Abt Associates Inc., VectorLinkEthiopia project would like to invite potential firms engaged in printing services to offer their bids for the following print materials for the 2019 spray operation.
