1. Ezana Mining Development PLC wants to Purachase Proficiency testing Program for gold & base Metals in mineral exploration sample analysis as per the techincal specification under Procurement Reference Number: EMD/007/2019.
2. Ezana Mining Development PLC now invites potential suppliers to submit their technical & financial proposals original and copy both sealed in separate Envelop for the supply , transportation to Ezana Mining Development Plc,Mekelle
3. The winner bidder will be selected after technical and financial evaluation is conducted. To qualify for bid evaltaion , Bidder must fulfill the following qualification criteria;
• renewed trading licence and registration certificate for 2011 E.C for supply such items and
• tax clearance certificate and VAT registration for 2011 E.C;
4. Bidders shall furnish a bid security which is 2% of their offered price & the bid security must be valid a minimum of sixty day’s (60) from the date of bid opining.
5. A technical specification document in English may be collected by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 100 to Ezana Mining Development Plc Account with Wegagan bank Account No 0401130710101 effective as of 17/03/2019 from address below:
