The Ethiopian Mulu Wongel Amaghoch Development Commission has secured fund from PMU to cover eligible payment under the contract for the purchase of food and non-food relief items for Gedeo RRM project in Yeregachefe woreda ,Gedeo Zone of SNNPRS. Bidding is open to all eligible bidders having a legal authorization to provide the items and renewed license for 2011 E.C, registered for VAT and having tin number together with written application.
The Ethiopian Mulu Wongel Amaghoch Church Development Commission, the executing agency for the Project,invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the following items -
1-SC-CSB+ (supplementary food) =1587.06 quintals
2- Blanket =2069 pieces
3-3 liters cooking pots =2069 pieces
Bidding documents as per requirements of the pre-qualification document can be obtained upon payment of non-refundable fee of 100 ETB at the office of Ethiopian Mulu Wongel Amagnoch Church Development Commission (EMWACDC), Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (P.O.Box 17979 ,Tel. 251- 0115150240, Fax 251- 1005154391),
Bids shall be valid for a period of Ten (10) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by Bid security of not less than (2%) of Contract price in the form of bank guarantee and shall be delivered to Ethiopian Mulu Wongel Amaghoch Church Development Commission HR and Admin Office on or before November 6/2018 at12:00 AM, and will be opened on the same day(November 6/2018) at 2:00PM at the presence of the bidders who wish to attend at the office of EMWACDC.
