Invitation to Bid

             Procurement Reference No.-BIB/018/2018

1. Bunna International Bank S.C. (BIB) invites eligible bidders for the Supply of:-

Lot 1:

1. 1. POS terminals and POS receipt paper roll,
   2. Debit cards,
   3. Pre-paid cards,

Lot 2:

2.1 Safe Box 300-350kg

2.2 Safe Box 400-480kg

2.3 safe box 650kg-750kg

2.4 Fire Resistant Filling Cabinet Safe Box

2. A complete set of bidding documents for the above items shall be obtained from the office of Property & Facility Management Directorate located at BIB’s Head Office, DABER Building 5th floor (near Berhanena Selam Printing Press) Arat Kilo upon payment of non-refundable fee of birr 500.00 (five hundred birr only) for Lot 1 and Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred birr) for Lot 2 starting from September 24, 2018 during office hours.
3. Bid should be accompanied by an unconditional bid security amount stated in the bid documents in the form of Bank guarantee or CPO from Recognized financial institutions.
4. Bid documents for Lot 1 shall be deposited in the box provided for this purpos on or before October 18, 2018 at 10:00A.M.
5. Bid documents for Lot 2 shall be deposited in the box provided for this purpose on or before October 11, 2018 at 10:00A.M.
6.  Lot 1 Will be opened on October 18, 2018 at 10:20AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
7. Lot 2 will be opened on October 11, 2018 at 10:20AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

5. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids

    at  its own discretion.
