- Berhan Bank S.C. invites eligible bidders for the Procurement of:
1. The Bid documents shall be obtained from Facility Management Department of Berhan Bank, Head office: located in-front of Bole Bras Hospital (Bole Over pass Bridge), womsadco building 2nd floor, upon Deposit of non-refundable fee Birr 200.00 /Birr Two Hundred/ at any Berhan Bank Branch during office hours (Monday to Friday: 8:00Am-12:00Am and 1:00pm-5:00pm/Saturday: 8:00am-12:00am) starting from the date of advertising.
2. Bid must be accompanied by bid Security the amount stated below in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee in favor of Berhan Bank.
- Lot I: Birr 15,000.00 (Birr Fifteen Thousand) and
- Lot II: Birr 25,000.00 (Birr Twenty Five Thousand).
- Lot III: Birr 15,000.00 (Birr Fifteen Thousand) Bidder interested to participate for all lots the bid security shall be Birr 50,000.00 (Birr Fifty Thousand).
- 3. Bidders should submit separate technical and financial proposal. Technical proposal envelope should include trade license, tax registration certificates, renewed tax clearance certificate, bid bond, testimonies of past experience and other related documents. The bidders should submit both financial and technical bid proposals sealed and deposit in the bid box prepared for this purpose from the date of advertisement up to October 5/2018 10:00 AM the latest.
- 4. Bid opening shall be held on October 5/2018 10:30 AM at the Bank’s Head Office, TK Building 2, 5th Floor, in the presence of bidders/representatives.
- 5. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.
